We ask for an approx. 12-week timeframe to create your website. Sometime waiting on your brand photography and copy can delay this process. We will upload a splash page to let your clients know your website is coming soon!

All our websites are created in WordPress.

A vector file is your print ready file of your logo. You can blow it up to 6M or make it 30mm big and it won’t pixelate.

Canva is a Graphic Design platform. We only use Canva to create your  social media graphics so you can access them and update them anytime.

Canva has a section called “Brand Kit”, if you’ve opted for one of our social media packages, we will upload your JPEG & png logo files, along with your brand colour palette and fonts.

Both RGB and CMYK are modes for mixing color in graphic design. As a quick reference, the RGB color mode is best for digital work, while CMYK is used for print products.

Pantone is a standard ‘Color Matching System’ where a code number is used to identify each color. Whatever the color, it is easy to identify any color with the help of Pantone Color Guide, because each color has a different or unique code number. It is associated with printing.

A brand style guide (also known as brand guide or brand guidelines) is essentially an instruction manual on how your brand should be communicated. It contains the standards required to represent your brand correctly both internally and externally. All our logos come with either a basic or full Style Guide depending on the branding package you’ve chosen.

We will share the files via Google drive / Client shared folder, however files will need to be downloaded immediately as final files will be deleted after 7 days.
